Mr. Deichl has over 36 years of leadership experience in the banking/investment industries. He is in his ninth year as president of Tax Transfer Corporation which specializes in NJ Tech and Biotech credits and is a founder of Tax Credits, LLC which specializes in Film Credits.  Prior to this, he was president of Royal Capital where he specialized in reverse mergers and was involved with several successful mergers. Before that, he was an institutional municipal bond salesman for Thomson McKinnon Securities and Marine Midland Bank. Mr. Deichl was also a director for the Marty Lyons Foundation, which grants special wishes for terminally ill children, for 12 years and founded the New Jersey chapter, which he chaired for five years. He has acted as an advisor to several other states considering similar tax credit programs and has been actively involved with suggesting legislation to improve several states film credit programs.  Mr. Deichl earned a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 1969.
