Gina Andrew - Co-Founder
Mrs. Andrew has extensive experience in the tradeable tax credit market. For the past 9 years, as COO of Tax Transfer Corporation of NJ, she has facilitated the sale of over 240 million in tax credit for NJ tech and biotech companies. Mrs Andrew is also co-founder of Tax Transfer Pennsylvania Corporation, a company that buys and sells R and D tax credits. Mrs. Andrew graduated cum laude from Jersey City State College, with a BA in Communications. |

Bruce Deichl - Co-Founder
Mr. Deichl has over 36 years of leadership experience in the banking/investment industries. He is in his ninth year as president of Tax Transfer Corporation which specializes in NJ Tech and Biotech credits and is a founder of Tax Credits, LLC which specializes in Film Credits. Prior to this, he was president of Royal Capital where he specialized in reverse mergers and was involved with several successful mergers. Before that, he was an institutional municipal bond salesman for Thomson McKinnon Securities and Marine Midland Bank. Mr. Deichl was also a director for the Marty Lyons Foundation, which grants special wishes for terminally ill children, for 12 years and founded the New Jersey chapter, which he chaired for five years. He has acted as an advisor to several other states considering similar tax credit programs and has been actively involved with suggesting legislation to improve several states film credit programs. Mr. Deichl earned a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 1969. |

Karen D'Elia - Account Executive
Ms. D’Elia comes to us from a highly respected insurance underwriting firm specializing in excess commercial liability products where she successfully managed and underwrote over 160 million in profitable premium. She has over 23 years experience in marketing, sales, senior management and operations within the commercial agency system and MGA underwriting arena specializing in tangible and intangible risk management. Karen has done extensive research on the ins and outs of film incentive programs across the country, and will assist film industry professionals in maximizing their return on film production spend. Karen holds an Associates degree in Liberal Arts from Raritan Valley College; New Jersey Property and Casualty Insurance License as well as a CIC designation.

Joseph Guerriero – VP of Marketing
Mr. Guerriero is well versed in the world of tradeable tax incentives. For the past 5 years, Mr. Guerriero worked as VP of Marketing for Tax Transfer Corporation of NJ. He has played a significant role in the placement of approximately 200 million in tax credits. Mr. Guerriero is responsible for all of Tax Credits, LLC’s graphic design work including website design and corporate branding. He is also in charge of updating the film production industry on the ever changing world of film incentives. Mr. Guerriero received an MBA and a BA in marketing communications from Quinnipiac University, where he also played Division 1 Ice Hockey. |

Christine Peluso, Esq. - Principal
Mrs. Peluso has been with Tax Credits, LLC since inception and directs the national development of the company’s Film Production Tax Credit business. Prior to joining Tax Credits, LLC, she worked for ten years with various public companies handling debt restructuring, SEC compliance and Investor Relations. In addition, she worked as a Financial Consultant with Salomon Smith Barney. Mrs. Peluso holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado in Boulder and a J.D. from Delaware Law School in Wilmington. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania at the State and Federal levels, as well as U.S. Tax Court. |

Larry Watson -CIO
Mr. Watson joins us having served the past 6 years as COO of a nationally known Insurance underwriting firm specializing in excess commercial liability where he developed an enterprise wide operating application allowing the firm to process business in volumes far surpassing the abilities of like sized companies. He has over 8 years of hands on experience in the tradeable tax credit arena having developed applications to facilitate trades for Tax Tranfer Corporation of New Jersey. Mr. Watson also has over 25 years of international sales and marketing experience in luxury commodities. He holds a B.A. in Government and Political Science from St. John’s University. |

Kenneth Blaine - Special Projects/ Film Industry Liaison
Mr. Blaine is an intern at Tax Credits, LLC, as Project Coordinator. Mr. Blaine will be graduating with the class of 2008 at Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin with a BA in music. He is a classically trained pianist, having performed internationally in countries such as Italy, Ecuador, and Austria. His original compositions can be heard while browsing our website. In addition to his music career, he also has 3 years of Experience in Technology and Business having worked for the phosphate company, Rhodia, and also as a district computer technician for the South Brunswick Board of Education in New Jersey.
