The "Key States Incentive Update" panel features commissioners from Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, and South Carolina, as well as Matt Rhodes of Persistent Entertainment and Bruce Deichl of Tax Credits LLC .  Panels will be moderated by Jeff Begun and Dama Claire of The Incentives Office.
