Christine is a transactional attorney and has worked in the state incentive tax credit market since 2005. She handles complex transactions, business and client development, and sales and marketing for the company. Christine has collaborated with several states to improve tax incentive programs, and has authored or co-authored numerous articles and white papers. Prior to entering the tax credit market, she spent ten years with several public companies handling debt restructuring, compliance and investor relations. She was also a Series 7 licensed Financial Consultant with Salomon Smith Barney and completed a judicial clerkship with the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Christine sits on the boards of the Lambertville Area Education Foundation, and the Lambertville Board of Zoning Adjustments. In her spare time, Christine can be found running along the river, swimming in the ocean, skiing or mountain biking. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado in Boulder and a J.D. from the Delaware Law School in Wilmington, DE. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and U.S. Tax Court.

Goldie has worked with New Jersey NOL and R&D tax credits since 2007, working closely with numerous emerging technology and biotechnology companies participating in the N.J. Technology Business Tax Certificate Transfer Program. She now supervises the company's NJ tech and biotech tax credit operations, and is directly involved in each phase of the annual cycle: from writing client applications and monitoring the state approval process, to assisting in the ultimate sale and transfer of the awarded tax benefits. She also supports the sales and marketing goals for the company. Goldie is the Treasurer of the Parent Association at her children's school, is an active volunteer with New York Cares, and volunteers regularly at the local food pantry. Goldie holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Management/Finance from East Stroudsburg University.

Jane maintains and updates the company’s “library” of incentive program policy. Her direct experience with tax credit programs and knowledge of the nuances of various transferable tax credit programs throughout the U.S. enables her to identify valuable tax credit opportunities for both buyers and sellers. Jane joined the team in 2013, bringing extensive experience in incentive tax credit program policy. She served as the Director of the Pennsylvania Film Office from 2003-2011 where she helped to design and implement the Pennsylvania Film Tax Credit Program. Jane was responsible for writing the program guidelines and worked with the Department of Revenue to facilitate the program. Prior to this, Jane served as Director of Development for Exude Benefits, where she successfully expanded the firm’s client base to include a vast network of area corporations and business owners. In her spare time, she is a volunteer for Cradles to Crayons and coaches her kids’ sports teams. Jane holds a B.A. in American Civilization and American Social Problems from the University of Pennsylvania.
